Changing Bank Account Details
When can I withdraw to a Bank Account Number and Sort Code?
Bank account withdrawals are only available for deposits from certain types of Debit Card, or PaySafeCard.
How do I change my Bank Account Details when withdrawing?
If you withdraw to a Bank Account directly, the Bank Account Number and Sort Code can be changed at any time, if you don’t have a pending withdrawal. To change the Bank Account Number and Sort Code, you need to go My Account > Withdraw > Update Bank Details.
Does the Bank Account need to be in my name?
Yes, we ask that you add a Bank account that’s in your own name. If you register an account that is not in your name, we will require verification of these details. If this is the case, you will receive an email informing you what is required. All withdrawals will be held until the process is completed.
What do I do if I enter the wrong bank details?
It is very important to make sure that when you are withdrawing to a Bank account that you enter the Sort Code and Account Number correctly. Entering incorrect Bank details can lead to withdrawals being significantly delayed, or even going to the wrong Bank account.
If your withdrawal is still pending, please contact Customer Support.
How can I check on the progress of my withdrawals?
You can check this by clicking My Account > History > Transaction History. Please note that Bank withdrawals typically take 4 hours to be processed but can take a maximum 24 hours for us to release from our systems. Then please allow roughly 2-3 working days for the Bank to clear the transaction, although the maximum timescale is 5 working days.
