Do I need an email address to be a member?
Yes, you'll need an email address to join, that way we can contact you about withdrawals and they're of great use later so you can get involved in our promotions. This means you'll need to enter an email address on the registration form, but it's quick and easy to make one!
How do I create an email account?
There's lots of email providers to choose from, so you can find one using a search engine such as Google. The quickest way to create a free email address is through an email provider such as Gmail or Outlook (Outlook can also be called Live or Hotmail).

If you choose to make an Outlook account, please click the following link: https://signup.live.com.
Once you have an email account, you can then register with us and enter that email address onto the registration form.
If I no longer have the email address that I've registered with you, and I need to update this, what do I do?
Simply go to My Account > Manage Details. Here you can click the 'Edit' link next to the 'About You' section and amend any of your contact details.
Why am I getting a message saying that my email address is already in use?
An email address is only ever able to be used on one Jackpotjoy account at a time. If you're not able to use your email when signing up, this means that it's already registered to an account! It may be that you've already got an account, or that someone else has used the email instead.

I think I used to have an account, but I can’t remember, what can I do?
