Why do I need to verify my email?
We need to verify your email address to confirm that the email address you entered doesn't belong to someone else. This process makes it harder for someone else to use your email address to create a Jackpotjoy account without your consent.
It also ensures that we can contact you, should we ever need to. We will use your email address to send you information including login or security information and updates on your withdrawals. Therefore, you will need to verify your email address before you can request a withdrawal.
We also often send out promotions and rewards by email, so it is important to make sure that you have the right one registered to avoid missing out!
