How do I Opt-in?
You just need to click the “Take Part” or “Opt In” button. If you do not opt in, you won’t be eligible.
How do I know if I've entered?
Once opted in, a banner will appear in the top left-hand corner to confirm this.
I want to take part in all promotions. Can I opt-in automatically?
No, but you can opt in to as many as you want to, there's no limit! Remember that you must opt into each promotion that you'd like to take part in though, as the Opt-In button is unique to each individual offer.
I opted in but I didn't get a reward. Why not?
We’re sorry to hear you’ve not received a reward. This means you may not have met the terms and conditions. These are located at the bottom of every offer, so you can see exactly what you need to do to qualify.
If the Promotion was a Prize Draw, regrettably not everyone can be a winner, but all eligible members are put into the draws and the winners are picked at random.
How will I know if I've won from a promotion?
All winners are notified via email and credited by 7pm the day after the offer has ended or the Prize Draw has taken place. If there are any technical delays, we kindly ask that you all up to 72 hours for you to be credited.
If you win a cash prize, this may be credited to your playing balance before you receive our email notification. However, you can check to see if you’ve been credited any bonuses by going to My Account > History > Reward History or by clicking here.
I’ve won a physical prize; when will I receive it?
Congratulations on your lovely prize win! We will call or email you within 72 hours of the win to confirm that you wish to receive the prize.
Please follow any instructions on the email that we send and ensure that your account details are up to date. You can check or amend these by going to My Account > Manage Details. This can also be found by clicking here.
If you’ve won a prize in a Chat game, please ask the Host how to proceed. They will give you instructions on how to claim your prize, whether it be cash or physical.
Once you’ve confirmed that you wish to receive your prize, we aim to dispatch this within 7 to 10 working days. Please then allow up to 28 working days for delivery. Please bear in mind that weekends and Bank Holidays do not count as working days.
