Withdrawal Issues
Please note that for security reasons, we operate a "Closed Loop" policy which means you must withdraw back to the last method that you deposited from.
Why can I not withdraw?
There are a few things that you might need to do before you can withdraw and we aim to let you know on the Withdrawals Page itself, so please check the message on that page.
My email address is not yet verified, how do I do this?
If you have not received the verification email, please check your Spam or Junk folder as some email providers may automatically redirect it there.
There is an active bonus on my account, can this stop me from withdrawing?
If you have an active bonus, there may be wagering requirements that need to be met first by playing on the games. Go to My Account > Withdraw to see how much is left to meet.
Do I need to verify my details before I can withdraw?
Yes, you will see a message on the Withdrawals Page to let you know if we need to verify you, and we'll send an email as well. However, we try to verify our members using external verification checks.
Typically, we need to verify the date of birth and address of new members, and sometimes the payment method as well. For more information about why you need to verify and how to send in your documents, please click here.
My registered card has expired, can I still withdraw back to this?
You will not be able to withdraw to a Debit Card that has expired. If the long number of your Debit Card remains the same as the expired card, you can update the expiry date by going to My Account > Deposit Funds > Update Method.
If you have been issued a new card with a different card number, or your card is linked to an entirely new bank account, please contact our Customer Support Team who will be able to assist you further.
I think my Bank Account is registered on another account; will this be a problem?
If you enter Bank details that are already on our system you will get a message letting you know. For security it is not possible to register a bank account on more than one Jackpotjoy account. You will need to use an alternative withdrawal method instead. If you have no other way of withdrawing please contact our Support Team.
Can I withdraw less than £10?
The minimum amount for withdrawals via the My Account section is £10. If your balance is less than £10 then please contact our Customer Support Team who will be able to assist you further.
