My game was interrupted because of a connection issue, will this still play?
All our games are played out on our own secure servers and do not rely on your Internet connection in order to complete. Once your wager has been placed, all games will play out here even if you lose connection and can't see it. Any winnings will be added directly to your account balance. If you lose connection before you can place a wager then no funds will have been removed from your balance.
I lost connection and now the game is asking me if I want to resume play. Is this normal?
Yes, certain Slot and Casino games will require that you make a choice to continue playing. If you lose connection during one of these games, then the game will wait while you restore your connection. You can then continue to play the game from the point it stopped, by going back into the game. Remember, for Slot games you will need to select the same Coin Size that you were betting at previously in order to continue your game.
I lost connection during a Bonus Round and now it’s not there anymore. What do I do?
Some Bonus Games will complete automatically for you if you lose connection. In such cases you will notice that your balance has increased when you refresh the page after restoring your Internet connection.
How Can I Check What Happened During My Game?
You can check on the outcome of any game (apart from Bonus Games) in the History part of the My Account section. When clicking on 'Game History' you can choose to view all games that you have played over the last 90 days.
Each game will show the amount that you wagered and any amount that you won. A green tick will show next to each game that has completed. If a game does not have a green tick next to it you should proceed to the game itself and check that the game is not waiting for you to return and complete it, as outlined above.
How can I stop connection issues from happening?
We recommend always playing from a stable internet connection, such as a home router rather than 3G or 4G, and the most up to date browser or Operating System.
To cut down on graphical errors that can result from connection drops, we recommend clearing your Temporary Internet Files and Cookies. This will clear out any incorrect graphics that can display in place of the true outcome of the games.
