How do I unsubscribe from your Marketing?
You can unsubscribe by going to My Account > Manage Details or by clicking here. You then just need to untick the boxes provided. Here you are able to unsubscribe from emails, SMS, phone, post and social media marketing.
You can also remove yourself from our mailing lists by clicking on the 'Unsubscribe' link in any email you have from us.
Note: You will still receive automated emails to let you know about withdrawals or account credits, as the above settings only apply to promotional material. We'd also use your registered email to contact you directly from our Verification or Customer Support teams.
I unsubscribed but why am I still getting messages?
It takes up to 72 hours for all emails to stop after you change your preferences, as these are sent via an automated system.
I’m not a member, so why am I getting emails from you?
If you've never been a member, we do not hold your details within our systems and therefore can't email you. Any emails would be from a third-party company that's advertising our website, you may have subscribed without realising through another service. Check the email thoroughly for information on how to unsubscribe from these or contact the sender directly.
