You will be given three boxes and in each box is a random amount. Pick one box and if there is a cash prize in there, this is credited to your account right away!

Do you always win when playing this game?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any amount within our Box Bonanzas, as they are still part of the risk of gambling. Within a Box Bonanza you have 3 choices, each with a completely random amount in, this can sadly include £0.00, but there is no maximum inside unless the promotion that awarded the box specifically states so.

How do I earn a Box Bonanza game?

You can earn these by taking part in our promotions. Our Loyalty Team can also credit these to you at random too.

I clicked off the pop up before I picked a box, how do I get it back?

Don’t worry, you haven’t missed out on making your choice. All you need to do is come back to the site and your Box Bonanza game will be available for you to enjoy in the Your Promotions section.

Does the Box Bonanza game expire?

Yes, you will have a certain amount of time to pick one of the three boxes. The dates when the game will be available will be made clear in the Terms and Conditions of the game itself. These can be located at the bottom of the Pop-Up.

If I win, when will the cash prize be credited to my account?

Once you’ve made your selection, any cash prize should be credited to your playing balance right away. However, in case we do experience any unexpected delays, we would kindly ask you to allow up to 72 hours for this to appear on your balance.

How can I check to see if my cash prize it's been added on to my account?

You can check if this by going to My Account > History > Reward History.  You will then need to select which time period you want to see your rewards for, from 24 hours to 90 days.

Are there any wagering requirements attached to any prizes I may win on the Box Bonanza game?

Not at all! You can use your prize money to play on any of your favourite games or try out some new ones too if you want to!
