You can convert your Joy Points on the Jackpotjoy website. 

If you have been playing on Pick Me Up Bingo, Chat Mag Bingo, Woman’s Own Bingo, or Woman Bingo, you will need to log in to Jackpotjoy to convert your Joy Points, as we will no longer be running these websites after the 30th June 2020.

You can log in to your account on Jackpotjoy with the same username and password.

Will my Joy Point Balance still be available?

Yes. Your account remains the same so your balances will be exactly what it was before. You can still earn Joy Points when you win on any site.
