What is the Bingo Winners tile for in the Bingo Lobby?

Bingo Winners is an extra Bingo game where the tickets can’t be purchased and instead, they are won through other Bingo Games.

When can I play the Bingo Winners games?

The Daily Games open each evening for two bingo games which have set prize amounts.

On Sundays, after the Daily Game, there are an additional 5 Weekly Games which also have set prizes.

Where are the Bingo Winners Games located?

The Daily Game is found at the bottom left of the Bingo Lobby with the Weekly Game at the bottom right.

When can I claim my Bingo Winners tickets?

Daily Game: From 20:15 each night, games start at 20:45 and 20:50.

Weekly Game: From 20:45 on Sundays, games start at 21:15, 21:20, 21:25, 21:30 and 21:35.

Once in the room, you must click the "Claim Now" button or the ticket icon to claim your tickets. If you click "Claim Now" but do not have any Bingo Winners Club tickets you will be notified that you do not qualify and will be told how to get tickets for the next Bingo Winners game.

Where can I win tickets for the Bingo Winners games?

Qualifying games in Candy Club and Session will display "BW" next to the names of the winning players.

When you win Bingo Winners tickets, the screen will display 12 tickets won - 6 tickets for each of that evening's games and 6 tickets for each of the 5 weekly games on Sunday.

If the screen displays only 6 tickets won, it's because you already have max (72) tickets for the weekly game.

Candy Club:

Any bingo win in Candy Club (excluding Superlinks) between 00:05 - 00:59 and 07:00 - 19:59 awards Bingo Winners tickets.

Session:

Any Bingo win during the afternoon (15:00) or evening (19:00) Session awards BW tickets. The morning (10:00) and twilight (23:00) sessions do not award BW tickets.

Please note, Bingo Winners tickets cannot be won from a free game, linked game or if you have won a progressive jackpot including the new Mini Bolt jackpot.

What if I didn’t claim my tickets on time?

If you don’t claim your tickets on time, they will expire, and we are not able to retrieve them for you. Please note that if you do claim them, you don’t need to watch them play out. You would still be credited any wins.
