How do I convert Joy Points?
To convert points, head to Menu > My Account > Convert Points, or click here, enter how many points you wish to convert, and then click on 'Convert Now' to convert them into Cash.
The cash equivalent of the Joy Points that you will convert will go straight onto your balance to enjoy! For example, convert 50 points, and you get 50p to play with.
