A payment method may only be registered to one playing account at a time. If you have a balance over £1 on your account but you no longer have the card that's currently registered to your account, please contact Customer Support.
Note that we’re not be able to change a payment method for other reasons as we need a 'Closed Loop' system for security. This is where withdrawals go back to the method that was used for the most recent deposit. Please ensure all new card details are entered correctly to avoid any issues with future deposits and withdrawals.
