All winners are notified via email and credited by 7pm the day after the offer has ended or the Prize Draw has taken place. If there are any technical delays, we kindly ask that you all up to 72 hours for you to be credited.

If you win a cash prize, this may be credited to your playing balance before you receive our email notification. However, you can check to see if you’ve been credited any bonuses by going to My Account > History >Reward History.
