What has happened to the Chat rooms? 

From the 23rd October, we will be combining our Chat rooms into one room that you’ll be able to join from our bingo games onsite which will be open and hosted from 10am-10pm every day. We will be removing the chat function for slots and poker.

Why are you making these changes? 

We are dedicated to enhancing your experience with us and are always looking for ways to improve the service we offer. After careful consideration, we decided that this would ensure you are still receiving a great chat experience.    

How will this affect Session Bingo? 

Whilst Chat will be closed during the 23:00 game, you will still be able to chat with other players and our hosts during the 10:00, 15:00 and 19:00 games. All Session Bingo games will go ahead unchanged.

Will this affect chat in Live Casino games hosted by Evolution? 

The chat function in games hosted by Evolution will not be impacted by these changes.
