A Cool Off is a Responsible Gambling Tool that allows you to take a break from playing, as it prevents you from logging in to your account. You can set a Cool Off to be a minimum of 24 hours up to a maximum of 6 weeks and once set, this can't be removed from your account until the period expires.

If you'd like to set a Cool Off on your account, follow these simple steps below:

1.  Go to My Account > Play Responsibly > Account Cool Off
2. Select a time period from the drop-down menu
3. Click 'Confirm'
4. Click the 'Submit' button on the next screen to activate. Once you've clicked 'Submit' your account will be locked for the chosen period and this cannot be overridden or removed until that time period has passed.
