Please be aware that if you've already provided documentation and you're looking for an update on your account, it can take up to 5 working days to review the information you've provided. As soon as we've reviewed your documents, we'll be in touch. You can also find the answers to a wide range of questions on our Help Centre. Simply use the search bar at the top of the screen.
