What limits are on my account?
We believe that playing for fun and being in a safe environment goes hand in hand and as a safety net, we not only allow you to set a limit on your account, but we also set a limit that you're able to spend. The amount that we set on your account can vary, but this offers another layer of protection, and we always encourage you to set your own limits as well, based on your own assessment of what's affordable. If the limit set by us is lower than the one you have set, it will take precedence over any limits you have set yourself.
Can I change my limits?
You're able to change your own limits whenever is suitable for you via the My Account section on the website, however, in order to increase or decrease the limit we have set on your account, you'd need to contact our Customer Due Diligence team.
Will the limit change immediately?
If you change the limit yourself then if the value or frequency has been decreased, these changes should take effect immediately. Increases to the value you're allowed to spend or the frequency at which you're allowed to spend it, however, would not take effect until your current limit expires. Any changes we make to the limit we have set on your account would be effective immediately.
How is my limit calculated?
Both the limits set by you, and by us, are calculated based on your "net position". This is simply the amount you have deposited within the specified period, minus any withdrawals. For example, if you set a limit of £100 per month and since the limit started you have deposited £80 and withdrawn £30, you'll have £50 of your limit remaining (£80 - £30 = £50). The most you would be able to spend would be £100 in total.
What if I don't use all of my limit?
This is absolutely fine. Your net deposit limit is the maximum that you would be able to spend during the specified period, so you can always decide to spend less. You can lower your limit at any time by going to the My Account section on site. Any decreases in value of frequency will take effect immediately.
What if I spend more than my limit?
It's impossible to spend more than the assigned net deposit limit within your account. The amount you can spend in total is dictated by a combination of both the limit you set and the limit we set. You will never to be allowed to spend more than the lower of those two values. For example, if you were to set a £10 per week limit and we set a £100 per month limit, the most you would be able to spend is £10 per week as that is the lesser of the two values.
What should I do if I want to increase the limit that you have set for me?
The majority of our customers use their regular monthly income to play onsite and therefore, if you are looking to increase the limit that we have set on your behalf, then we would need proof of your income through a recent bank statement. Please contact our Customer Due Diligence team to discuss your account and the options available to you on 01782 983221 (24 hours) or through Live Chat (8am - 8pm - available on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen) where one of our friendly team will be happy to help.
Am I allowed to remove my Net Deposit Limit?
We always recommend that our players have their own limit as well as the limit which is set by us, however it is possible to set no limit from your side. You would then simply be covered by the limit which we have set for you. To change this limit please contact our Customer Due Diligence team on 01782 983221 (24 hours) or through Live Chat (8am - 8pm – available in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen) where one of our friendly team will be happy to help.
