Why is there a limit on my account?
To help you play safely, your account has limits on how much you can deposit and spend. These limits are designed to protect you and help us meet our responsibilities as a licensed gaming operator.

Account Limits are limits that we apply as part of our regulatory and responsible gambling obligations.

Why is there a limit on my account?
All new players start with an initial account limit. We may also apply or maintain limits if we need more information from you or to ensure your account is operating safely. -

How can I increase my account limit?
If you’d like to request a higher limit, you may be asked to:- Complete an Enhanced Verification check
- Speak with our Customer Due Diligence Team
This helps us make sure any increase is appropriate and safe.
