How do I withdraw when my card details have expired?
Don't worry if the payment card registered to your account has expired. In most cases, you can still withdraw your funds easily.
Can I withdraw to my expired card?
Yes, usually. As long as the bank account linked to the card is still open, most banks will process the withdrawal without any issues.
You should first try to withdraw to the expired card listed on your account as normal.
What happens if the withdrawal fails?
Occasionally, a bank may not accept funds sent to an expired card. If this happens, your withdrawal will fail, and the money will be returned to your account balance with us.
Our system will then automatically give you the option to withdraw via a direct bank transfer instead.
How do I withdraw to my Bank Account?
If your card withdrawal fails, simply follow these steps:
- Go back to the Withdrawal page.
- The system will now offer you the option to withdraw to a bank account.
- Follow the on-screen instructions:
- If you haven't used a bank withdrawal before: You will be asked to enter your bank account number and sort code.
- If you have used a bank withdrawal before: We will show your saved bank details. Please double-check they are correct before proceeding. You can update them using the 'Update Bank Details' option if needed.
