I have not received my 'Refer a Friend' reward…
There are a few reasons as to why you or your friend wouldn't have received your 'Refer a Friend' reward and we're here to help.
Has the wagering requirement been met?
It is likely that your friend hasn't met the wagering requirement in order for the reward to be credited to your account. The wagering requirements only needs to be met by the person being referred and starts at £40. Please bear in mind that different games contribute differently to the wagering requirement. Please see the table to find out how much each game contributes:

Your friend can check how much they've wagered so far via the Game History section onsite, which can be found within My Account > History.
Please note that due to GDPR, we cannot discuss how much your friend needs to wager with you.
Did your friend enter your details correctly when registering to the site?
If your friend inputted your details during registration, it is possible that they may have entered your username or email address incorrectly. This will have stopped the referral from linking successfully.
You can keep track of how many friends you have referred via Refer a Friend > My Referrals.
Has your friend breached the Terms and Conditions?
Our system has found that the referral is in breach of our 'Refer a Friend' Terms and Conditions. This could be because your friend already has an account with us or a number of other reasons.
