We believe that playing for fun and being in a safe environment goes hand in hand and as a safety net, we have applied a net deposit limit to your account. Net deposit limits work differently to the standard deposit limits you might be used to seeing.
Rather than simply limiting the amount you can deposit, a net deposit limit factors in any withdrawals during the period it is set for, allowing you to re-deposit these should you wish to. We believe a net deposit limit provides freedom and flexibility, while still effectively helping you to manage your spending and keep you safe onsite.

How can I decrease my limit?

How can I increase my limit?
Net Deposit Limit: You will need to contact our Customer Due Diligence team to discuss applying a new higher limit. We may require certain documents, such as a bank statement, to support an increase.
Player Set Deposit Limit: Any increase to your deposit limit can be managed the 'Play Responsibly' page within the My Account section on our website.
Will the limit change immediately?
Net Deposit Limit: Yes, if a new higher or lower limit is requested and confirmed it will be applied immediately.
Player Set Deposit Limit: For any decreases at the same frequency (daily, weekly, or monthly), the change will happen immediately.
If you opt to decrease the monetary amount but increase the frequency, the regularity of deposits allowed can be classed as an increase and would not come into effect until the current limit has ended.
You can request to increase your limit to a higher amount or frequency at any time, but the change will only take effect after the current limit period ends and you accept the change.
What is a Net Deposit Limit?
A net deposit is a limit that restricts the net deposits you can make to your account. Your net deposit amount is the total value of your deposits, minus the total value of your withdrawals within a specified time frame. For example, you have a £1,00 net deposit limit, you deposit £500 and withdraw £200. This means that from your £1,000 limit, you have £700 remaining to spend (£1,000 - £500 + £200 = £700).
All net deposit limits are applied for a rolling 30-day period from the point they have been set unless you have contacted us to request a different frequency.
What if I don't use all of my limit?
This is absolutely fine. Your net deposit limit is the maximum that you would be able to deposit during the specified period, so you can always decide to deposit less. You can request a lower net deposit limit at any time by contacting our Customer Due Diligence team on 01782 983221 (24 hours) or through Live Chat (8am - 8pm - available on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen) where one of our friendly team will be happy to assist.
What if I spend more than my limit?
It's impossible to spend more than the assigned net deposit limit within your account. Net deposit limits typically run for a rolling 30-day period from the point they were set and once that limit has been met, you will not be able to deposit until the rolling 30-day period has reset.
What information would i need to provide to increase my limit?
The majority of our customers use their regular monthly income to play onsite and therefore, if you are looking to increase your net deposit limit, then we would need proof of your income through a recent bank statement. Am I allowed to remove my Net Deposit Limit?
We would not be able to remove such a limit from your account, however we can amend the value of this to something that you are comfortable with. Please remember, to request a higher net deposit limit, we will likely require documents (e.g. bank statements) to support an increase.
