As banks and card providers usually only process payments on normal working days, withdrawals can take a little longer to reach your account over bank holiday periods.

We aim to process all withdrawals as quickly as possible. Most manual withdrawals are processed within 24 hours, with many completed much sooner.

Please note that due to the UK bank holiday on Monday 4 May, there may be a slight delay in manual processing for withdrawals requested over the weekend and on the bank holiday itself.

Expected withdrawal times over the bank holiday

Once your withdrawal shows as Processed or Success, the time it takes to receive your funds depends on your payment method:

• Visa Direct: 1–4 hours after processing
• PayPal: Immediate after processing
• Debit Card: 24–48 hours after processing
• Mastercard: 1–3 working days after processing
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 working days after processing

Please note: All Visa Direct withdrawals are typically received within 1–4 hours after processing, including weekends and bank holidays.

Withdrawals made using Mastercard or Bank Transfer around the bank holiday may take slightly longer than usual to clear, as banks do not process payments on the bank holiday Monday.

Normal processing times will resume from Tuesday 5 May.
