What are Temporary Internet Files and how do I clear them?
Temporary files are small pieces of data that your browser stores, as a history of the sites that you have visited. It keeps a record of this to provide a faster search service in the future. We recommend that you clear these out on a regular basis, as if too many build up, they can affect the way in which our site and games load for you.
If you are having issues with game lag, balance updates, or games being stuck on loading you can follow these steps below that can help get your account back to normal.
Remember, if you're unsure whether or not your game has completed on our server, you can always head to My Account > History > Gaming History for a full breakdown of your recent gameplay.
